<p>I received the same email on facebook. Probably some dude sending out mass emails to everyone in that facebook group.</p>

<p>Yeah he sent me a message too. I told him I’d let him “refer” me or whatever, since I e-mailed Gateway twice and NO ONE responded either time. I can’t believe a complex that is trying to fill up all of their units in their first year won’t respond to simple e-mails.</p>
<p>I got forwarded yesterday and got acted on today ! yay! i also tried the backdoor method and it worked!! but im not going to get my hopes up until i actually get the package sooo hopefully this isnt a dream and it comes soon! haha</p>

<p>@cd- What was your first choice? Also, if you just got the update today, it’s highly doubtful the backdoor method would already work for you. It didn’t work for me until 48 hours after I got the acted on update.</p>

<p>@coral- With online stuff I would think there can always be errors, but I can say that I’ve never heard of a case where someone’s backdoor method worked and they were still rejected. I’d say you’re in.</p>

<p>So is it safe to say if your app is still in the “we are reviewing…” stage that you’re rejected?</p>
<p>I sent them an email this morning asking them if I am rejected since my status has been “forwarded” for days and if it is possible for me to make an appeal or if i need to wait for another year to apply for Marshall if I’m rejected.</p>
<p>They only repied “Your file is complete and a decision has been sent. Official decisions are provided by mail only. Please call us at the telephone number listed below if you have not received your decision letter by June 11th” on the email.</p>
