<p>It was forwarded either Wednesday and Thursday then acted on Friday or Saturday. The status changes weren’t really far apart from each other. I got into my second major choice; Political Science. Really had my fingers crossed for Annenberg tho.</p>
<p>Congrats to everyone else! And good luck to all those waiting. Also, don’t freak out your mail man like I did.</p>
<p>I think I’m going to attend the July 9th session so I don’t have to wait until August 16th to register. I figure I’m paying a lot for USC, so what’s another $600 or so to fly out to LA for a day.</p>
<p>Does anyone know what time the July 9th session will end so I can figure out when to book my flight back?</p>
<p>@USPlacer - I got my transcript into them on the 25th also. What did your status change to once your transcript was in and what did it change to by today when you received your package?</p>

GPA - 3.92 at my current 4 year university. 3.67 combined with high school college credits.
hours - 93 at the end of this past spring semester. i completed all of the basic USC courses, from the transfer plan list, with either a B or an A (some of the courses i completed in high school where there were no b+'s or a-'s, just b/a)</p>
<p>im a little disappointed but SCA admission is notoriously competitive and ill just have to either push on down another path toward filmmaking or try and reapply next year. although the latter is the least likely choice of the two since this was my second time applying. good luck to those who haven’t heard yet!</p>

<p>@swatdojo- Yeah, transferring to SCA is extremely difficult. Keep working hard though, I’m sure it will work out. Maybe we’ll get into SCA’s grad school or something.</p>

<p>haha i think their only argument could be that it reads “will be mailed and admissions decision […] by june 1st”. as in: “blame your mailman, not us”. hah its frustrating but if you get one of those packets, they make it well worth your wait.</p>

<p>yeah im considering applying for graduate school. this coming year will only be my 3rd year in college but i have enough credits to be on course to graduate in the spring. so im trying to decide whether i want to apply to grad school at USC or just go with the Bachelors to Masters program here at my University and have a masters in 2 and a half years from today.</p>
<p>@makemydreams - says you’ll be mailed a decision by june 1st but doesn’t mean you will necessarily receive it by june 1st.</p>

<p>Kulakai-Actually, now that I look at it, I faxed them my transcript on the 21st, but since I didn’t receive the notification email that they received my faxed document, I waited a few days. After freaking out for the next few days, I sent it again on the 25th ( I still had the “We are unable…” status) and then my status changed to the “Forwarded…” status on Thursday the 27th. Afterward my status changed to the “Acted on…” status this past Sunday. Backdoor method worked for me when I tried it for the first time on Sunday morning before my status changed.</p>
<p>Hope this calms down your fears, but I wouldn’t worry; Marshall is prolly having an Annenberg moment lol ://</p>

<p>I just cried out…I can’t believe that I didn’t get in…well usc is a great school and I know who has better accdemic records, experiences and taltents got acceptance…i moved to California from seattle just bc of this school…4years ago…it was my dream school…and I saved up money and finally applied…and I failed…it does hurt my feeling…I;m just regretting that I didn’t get better score when I was at WSU…3.7 is my average…and I have BS …got architect licence…and work experiance…well I should have studied harder…well I;m not wating another year to apply USC…maybe
I will for the masters degree…I already have a BS in architectural engineering…in some how any CAL state university doesn’t allow me to go bc I have a degree already…and UCLA and UC irvine doesn’t have accounting in major…I’m going to apply chapman university…

<p>I haven’t been on this thread in while. Congrats to all those that have been accepted; for those that haven’t, never stop trying. There are several people on here that have repeatedly attempted to get into USC and are now Trojans – you can do the same.</p>
<p>For people (such as Deborah), I don’t know what to tell you. I do know that there can be cases where a decision is made, but it will not update in the system until either much later, or when you call back on June 11th. Keep us all informed, because I want In-N-Out!</p>

<p>I’d really love to attend USC, but I just can’t afford it. How are a lot of you paying for USC? Is it a really good FA package? Parents? Savings? Big loans?</p>
