<p>My son applied to Thornton’s Popular Music program 1st choice, 2nd choice USC’s School of Theatre BA in acting, 3rd choice Thornton’s Music Industry. He is still on reviewed status. He called a few weeks ago and He was told he would hear from Thornton by June 15.</p>
<p>Are you just giving the other Thornton applicants some information? I’m sure they’ll appreciate it if you are. Are you asking about what other people’s statuses are at or for advice? Jaboney is a Thornton transfer applicant from this year who was, unfortunately, rejected. playthemdrums is another Thornton applicant who was forwarded for committee review just today. If you’re asking for advice, I would just give them a call. It can’t hurt.</p>
<p>So, I spoke with a USC counselor today about my Spring 2011 acceptance. He said there is pretty much a non-existent chance of being bumped back to Fall 2010. </p>

<p>SGR turnaround time has been much quicker for those who applied to CLAS versus those of us who got sgrs from Marshall.</p>

<p>@lovingSC- Thank u! i uploaded an electronic version of my unofficial transcript and asked my school to mail them an official one on May 21 . And my status changed to 'we have received…" on May 24.

<p>Have you received an email in regards to activating your USC computer account and USC email? I received that email 3 days after submitting my commitment deposit.</p>
<p>Now I feel kind of dumb because I told Quentin13 that the email doesn’t specifically tell you to make a USC email through a computing account. Yeah, it does. I think I skimmed the email or something when I was reading it.</p>
<p>dc830801, no, he hasn’t. That’s the email he’s waiting for. The email telling you to make an orientation reservation also tells you to activate your computing account for your USC user name, pass and email.</p>
<p>Ok, so I’ve been a Blackberry user for a little over 6 years now and I’ve always hated iPhones, until now. The new iPhone 4 is pretty dope!! I think I’m sold, sorry RIM.</p>
<p>If I get rejected from SC (god I hope not), blowing my saved tuition money on a new motorcycle and iPhone will be something to look forward to, compensating for another painful year at a CC.</p>

I am also a sgr(marshall applicant), I think i got admitted. That back door method works, and I also got an e-mail from DHL. I think I got an e-amil from DHL because I dont live in the US. You should probably get a decision soon with a large envelope!!</p>
