just got day 2 mail in Irvine for a denial letter with offering for the Trojan Transfer Plan (does everyone get this offer?) not sure if Iā€™m going to take it up pretty bummed but it was expected

Iā€™m sure this has been asked already but if you get nothing in the mail, then either a denial letter or acceptance box is still on its way, right? Do the denial letters get delivered at the same time generally?

Hey guys Iā€™m confused, does this mean anything? So we already got the mail for today and nothing showed up. Since I have an USPS account, I could see the images of mail coming to my house. There was no image of the acceptance box and no image of a small rejection letter either. Is my mail just lost or something lmao? B/c I live in the bay area too so I was expecting something today??
