Yes, and this could be a bigger year for spring to fall moves, but don’t count on it and don’t ask them to be moved. They know everyone wants to. They always post not to call them about it. 
If a school and major has space, they will move a spring to fall, it’s that simple.
@EitherCoach No one is paying that much attention. People that were rejected have left the building and not providing feedback. And actually most get in without it.

agree with @CADREAMIN that Spring Admits could move into Fall. But, I wouldn’t ask for that. They know. Last year they took quite a few also from SA - I think many decided against going to USC in light of the Varsity Blues scandal - and they had to jump on the Spring Admits to fill their class.

@lalachicken55 Yes… if not enough enroll. But it’s a “don’t call us, we’ll call you” type scenario. They will move you up if space permits.

Spring admits - You would not find out if you are moved from spring to fall until late summer, so you have to make plans as if you are not going to be.
DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING BUMPED TO FALL, it’s just a possibility. Some years it’s zero. Other years it’s 10 and like @hcmom65 mentioned, last year was more, likely cause of scandal. And do not ask them, they know everyone wants to be moved to fall, they do it based on opening in a department, not your stats or who you are.
This is obviously a weird year. None of us know, they don’t even have any idea yet.

Congratulations! D just got a Spring admit too. They switched her from Roski to Undecided. I am actually ok with that due to the current circumstances. There is a possibility that you can be switched to Fall depending on acceptances.
