No, i don’t think so. EA applicants can’t get financial aid this time . Fafsa won’t be accessible by February.
I think if you chose “No” to Financial Aid when you submitted your application, you won’t get the email.

They asked docs for financial aid by December 1 by email
We got the financial aid resources email in mid December. We did check the box and submit CSS profile
It could just be a mistake that it went to some EA applicants. We have experienced several errors in the dissemination of information from a few schools. The offices are so busy that mistakes slip through!
We submitted css profile but our application in review box yet indicates action require but we didn’t get this email.
CSS and other stuff can be submitted before FAFSA though I think

Checked financial aid box, submitted both CSS and FAFSA. No email tonight.
We submitted parents supplement tax form and expense form after they requested by email which due date was by December 1.
We submitted FAFSA as well. Since USC will not get it until Feb, I did not mention it

They asked for the FAST stuff in Dec. This is for “Need based Financial Aid” and is not the same thing.
We were asked to submit other forms either. But i think other requests will be asked since the box indicates action require

We submitted CSS a long time ago. FAFSA on January 2nd.
The CSS triggered additional information that they asked for to be faxed. We did that several days ago and it was still showing as requested info, until this morning. All of a sudden it says received.
Right but the point is there are EA applicants who haven’t done that yet
We were full pay except for scholarships and got all kinds of FA requests. SPAM.

The EA CSS profile deadline was 1/12/24. Technically, if you applied EA and haven’t submitted CSS by now, it is too late. That email refers to RD, it doesn’t say “We are giving EA applicants an extension to 2/7.”
I’ll be honest I’m not sure what you’re saying and I don’t think you’re sure what I’m saying, we’ll find out on Friday.

Oh. I see what you said . You are talking about fafsa. But we didn’t get this email so i think just for applying FA in Early action applicants ended.

FA is not out for months, don’t read stuff into requests for info. They have a checklist for every applicant and they are going through the lists, a lot of it automated.
