Without legacy, USC isn’t USC. Agree. And USC does admit many non legacy in TTP.

Does USC release decisions in waves from east coast to west or all at the same time?

Yes, some years it’s in there, some not.
I have seen non-legacy have that bold sentence and they are confused why.
So they prob left it out this year for all.

Editing as I reread the message. We did get the ties to USC statement but it was in a different spot, along with a brief form to show interest in TTI.

A non guaranteed transfer plan. My advice, don’t give up a great 4 year for it, but if all you ever want is a degree from USC, then think about best way to get there. Will add the thread in a minute that explains it all. It’s all still 100% relevant today from when I created thread.
