<p>According to the annual U.S. News College Rankings, the Coast Guard Academy is the number 2 U.S. college in “Baccalaureate Colleges (North): Top Schools,” behind Cooper Union.</p>

<p>Very well deserved distinction. The professors are excellent, the classes small, the curicullum solid.</p>

<p>Prof. Glen Sulmasy was recently named a Fellow at the Carr Center at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University-a tremendous honor.</p>

<p>Ens. Richared Pennella, recent valedictorian grad of the CGA has been awarded a prestigious Fulbright Scholarship to study in Canada.</p>
