I write a blog about technology and news in the industry and I was wondering if I could use this as leadership? I’ve had several guest-writers before and I average about ~200 hits per day. I know it’s not a lot and I used to just think of it as a hobby but is it possible? Or if I get some writers under me who are willing to write a couple articles for me every month, would it count as a Leadership position?
