Hi,
I visited the forums tonight after not visiting since 8/15. As soon as I visited, the last visited time became the current time effectively marking all threads read.
Is there a way to avoid this? It doesn’t seem to happen at other forums that I visit such as Tivo Community Forums. Is there some setting responsible for this?

I just logged in to Chrome after last logging in a few hours ago. All threads that were posted since my last log-in were bolded. This is the same behavior that I am seeing in Firefox as well.
My “last visited” time is correctly showing as earlier today when I last logged in, so I am not able to reproduce this. Does anyone else see similar behavior on Chrome?
