<p>After they receive the item, you have to wait several days for them to input into the system and stuff. Also, I don’t think they work on weekends, so sometimes next week you should see that change.</p>

Just did a “tour” around UT. Looks like I’m gonna be one lost son of a gun this fall O_o</p>

<p>2 years ago freshmen college (another texas university) GPA: 2.62
That same year, summer classes Chem I and II GPA: 3.5</p>
<p>Two years later back in a local CC
First semester 12 hours: 4.0 GPA
Second semester 15 hours: 4.0 GPA</p>
<p>ECs:
Will be running for officer in a community service organization</p>
<p>PTK Member and part of service committee (used to be on board but only for a month, so I don’t know if I can list it)</p>
<p>NASA Aerospace scholars program finalist (selected by NASA to participate in a 2 day program)</p>
<p>National Society of Leadership and Success: Community Service Chairman then Fundraising chairman Fall 2011 to present.</p>
<p>Lions Club Secretary</p>
<p>I should have good letter of recs from my professors and possibly my club advisor as well.</p>
<p>Thinking of applying to McCoombs and maybe an easier college inside UT…</p>

then somewhere inbtwn you figured out what you wanted to do and went back to a cc
now you want to be a very good university to get a degree</p>
<p>I’d make sure you’re essays are very good and explain exactly what happened the first time you went to college…just make sure theyre very good and that they address why your gpa was so low back then.</p>
<p>I wouldn’t put all my eggs into mccombs with that application.</p>
<p>Choose mccombs for your first choice and liberal arts or something easier to get into as your 2nd</p>

<p>I think we are all put on a wait list and will get accepted once the people that got automatic admissions decline their acceptance.</p>

<p>Ahh I can’t wait to find out what my grades will be this semester!!! I have 1 B, hopefully 2 As, and then there’s calc 2, could be a C, a B, or an A, all depends on how I did on the final. So nervous! I hate send in the new transcript for them to review my app.</p>
