Theory:

Those who have already gotten accepted noted that they have two weeks to accept their decision.

Last Thursday a handful of CNS students were admitted, I think they will wait another week to see what decisions the students make before they release another wave.

This goes for other majors too.

What do you guys think?

Actually I worked in admissions at a university in Louisiana, you aren’t far off!! I just edited transcripts though, didn’t make admissions decisions and anyone who had core, 2.0 and 18 ACT got in (freshmen)

Ive been thinking the same. Thats maybe why the admissions ppl say “mid-may”, because they wait to get decisions from the first wave

Were those decisions that CNS sent out last week really the first wave though
 they did say it was only a handful of people that got in. Maybe I’m just really in denial about having to wait until Mid-May, but I hope more of us hear back this week :’(

@hookmepls I really hope that it wasn’t the first wave. Maybe this pertains more to myself, because 4 out of the 8 people on this thread who applied for CS were accepted last Thursday. If it was only one or two I’d say it was a fluke, but it seems like a first wave to me.

Ik its not related but i didn’t know where can I ask this:)
ok so, Im in cc right now and im planning to take physics2(3 credits) in summer, but the problem is cc offer physics 2 separate with physics2 lab, So I don’t know does Ut accept this course? they gonna ask me to take physics lab then they 'll accept it? or they gonna accept it and they 'll ask me to take lab later?:))) ik it’s confusing
