Do you think they release by major? For the people that applied after the hours were complete?

Iām gov too and have not heard back. My gpa when applying was a 3.43 so I donāt think even gpa is a standard at this point. Probably just at random right now.
@boo223 Iāve been here alot and when people posted decisions they were among the same colleges.
For example the first major hit this thread had was on a Thursday and alot of CNS kids heard back. Then a few days later a few COLA kids, then a few McCombs.
But that was then, who knows how āorderlyā they will release them now. Originally I was thinking that only those who needed to send spring transcripts would hear back in June, but now its looking like everyone might.
Has anyone else that applied for the summer term heard back? Maybe thatās why they got their decision yesterday before the rest of us?
@hookmepls No iām pretty sure most if not all applied for Fall 2018. At this point if you applied for summer term, admissions would have to change your application from Summer 2018 to Fall 2018 for how behind they are. TAMU did this to a few students applying for Summer 2018 too.
UT isnāt the only one behind. TAMU just requested my spring grades to make a decision.
Iām 99% sure the reason that admissions is taking so long this year is because for some reason they dropped the requirment hours from 30 to 24, which sucks for most of us with 60+ hrs.
EDIT: IDK what iām talking about, I guess j4ennif3r was a summer applicant. So who knows at this point.
@hookmepls the person j3nnifer that heard yesterday is summer and they just told her the decision yesterday. Iām government too but fall. She was government summer. They did tell some COLA government a few weeks back. My GPA is 3.93 and I had a 4.0 this semester. My application was completed in Feb and I have 55 hours with spring semester counted. So I donāt know how they are looking through these applications.

Ugh. If anyone has called, are all the rest of the decisions really coming out on June 15ā¦? Donāt think I can wait that long.
I called admission for international applicants. For international transfer applicant they will release the decision before the end of the month at the same time.
@sotexas99 did your status change to complete or in review. Transcript is shown as accepted but still the same message about waiting on 24 credit hours
Hi yāall. I called yesterday and they said that the decisions will be released between this week and next week!
Did anyone specify if it decisions been released is for summer applicants or fall applicants? Just need clarification
@hdhsbhbdna most people on this thread that have received a decision are fall. The only one I know on here that was summer was the one from last night, that person was summer.
I just called and the rep said for fall applicants who are already in review and apparently, decisions are early this year. I will count that luck on our side lols

@jumpo69 I called specifically for fall applicants, I didnāt ask about anything concerning summer. The rep said for fall applicants, decisions will be released (by Godās grace) this week. You can call to clarify
