@UTtransferOSU looking at last years thread, the mccombs people didn’t find out (besides 1 person) before June 15. That was for acceptances, rejections, and second choice changes. Best of luck. What a crazy wait!
Not to sound dramatic or anything but the fear of being rejected is nauseating. I just feel like if I don’t get accepted what more do I have to do ?

Only 10 days left and I am praying not to get rejected! That’s all I want at this moment.

@thompson2688 unfortunately I do not. Even though I’m 18 my parents still support me so I did not apply to any of my other target schools because they did not like the idea of me going out of state.
@adrian3243 Is community college an option?

@adrian3243 You’re 18 man, if you’re for some reason denied. Take a few hours @ a CC, get a part time job, and most importantly go out there and get some life experiences. Force yourself to be social, get into trouble, take a trip.
I think the biggest mistake kids make is going straight from high-school to college. You need to take a couple of years to put yourself out there and make mistakes so you can actually value an education.

I feel like I’ve been in review for so long that I’m actually starting to get used to it.
@adrian3243 I feel you man I’m 17 and the amount UT is making me/us wait is really disheartening to my parents. (Especially because A&M got back to me in under a month). Plus it sucks for me because I need to register for new student conferences at other colleges.
@jumpo69 thank you for that I appreciate it. My parents push that a lot too. They’re all for me getting an education but they don’t mind me going to a CC which is probably why I’m so hung up on getting into UT.
@ut2020govt I wish I had that problem. At this point i wish I could wait longer because I don’t have a backup plan. From last year’s thread it seems like GOV is somewhat competitive (compared to other LA majors) and I’m super nervous. Best of luck to you and hopefully gov has room for the both of us 
When were cola/gov decisions released last year?
@boo223 the majority of them were on june15/16…the first page of this thread shows you all the dates per major
@TAMU2UTCS Where did you get that information? I have a theory as to how UT does there whole admissions process but I’m unsure.
