wowowowow this is an odd time of the day for acceptances
I heard priority CAP, PACE, and rejections are January 29
If we applied RD we shouldn’t take today as rejection right?
RD wont hear until at the earliest februrary

Does anyone know if psychology is a more challenging major to be accepted into? I’m OOS and just wondering
the more popular the major= the more challenging it is

I think just priority. It seems as though RD will hear Feb the very earliest

idk if im the only one who has noticed this pattern, but UT tends to accept people that are reallly high stats but not glorifying stats. Like ik ppl from last years oos who got in with a 3.9 gpa and 1480 SAT as compared like those who are rejected rnow with a 4.0 and 35 ACT
They are very holistic on their review. Since they have the top 6% auto admit, their acceptance stats are already high. They really do take into account essays and ECs which I know because I was OOS admitted in Dec and I see alot of ppl with higher stats being rejected. I did have great ECs tho
