So here’s how the deadlines were structured:

If you’re a US Citizen and apply before November 1, you will have met the priority deadline and will receive a decision by February 1.

If you applied before December 1 or are a non US Citizen, you will receive your decision by March 1.

Wow, that was a lot of activity to read through since last night! Congratulations to all who got admitted and bless the hearts of those who are still agonizingly waiting! For those who got admitted, please join us over on “University of Texas @ Austin Class of 2025 After you’ve been accepted…” to ask questions. This will hopefully help alleviate any stress from those who are still waiting to hear on this page!
Just crazy that so many OOS liberal arts ( Psych) for my daughter but in general COLA have not heard that where priority applications. Very disappointed in how UT gave out RD decisions while so many priority have not heard. Just awful. It’s been a hard enough year for this kids

My son was accepted last night around 6 to fine arts for arts and entertainment technologies major. Non-AA, 1370 SAT, 3.78 unweighted GPA (but 103 weighted), 100+ service hours, lots of orgs and a killer essay.
He applied Priority.
After reading this for weeks, we are surprised and thrilled he was accepted!

we heard from UT that more decisions for Priority will be coming out tonight 5-7 and Monday 5-7. Those still waiting, don’t give up just yet!
