Not first but third wave
I think the previous ones aren’t waves because they weren’t big like last year’s big wave
But there’s no definition to waves so it doesn’t matter. I think first waves are supposed to be mostly accepted decisions but I am not sure.

someone’s brother works as an admission officer and he said decisions are released at 8 PM cst. Im not sure if I should believe this, but I hope this is true…
