There was a large wave of CAP transfers processed / accepted to UT today. Most were acceptances into Cola with a few for Moody. My daughter saw it on a group chat she is in. Not all the CAP transfers were processed today. There should be more coming out.

@jspqoiuaa. I don’t think so. My daughter says they were all Cola Cap transfers with two for Moody. I know of both external transfers as well as CAP transfer students who are still waiting for news. But it’s always good to see decisions start coming out. Hope there is lots more good news soon for everyone.

Hi I just got denied as a CS major. Thought we would get informed around June 15 or it is just for rejects.
@yochio I just got denied as well, I have 3.96GPA, Student Org president… no idea why
@jspqoiuaa Well in my case, I didn’t take any science as a sequence: I only took the first courses of Physics and Chemistry when I applied to UT so the rejection is understandable.
A completed science sequence isn’t necessarily required for UTCS transfer, simply 6 credit hours of first year science courses but seeing that you have so many hours, a completed sequence was to be expected. (Just a note for those reading this forum)

Never mind, Found it. Says still in review. Chem Engineering major. Weird there are some decisions out for that major.

Waiting to hear if my D got in to UT Austin college of Fine Art for fall 2020. Have any transfers gotten Notifications yet? We are going crazy! She attended TCU Freshman year, but is OOS student. I’ll add she’s applied to The School of Design and Creative Technologies BA program.
