<p>I am just out of my school’s top 10 and therefore am struggling with the decision of which CAP school to go to. I have heard both good and bad things about UTSA and was also thinking, possibly UT-Tyler. I really cannot decide and need some good input. Anyone?</p>
<p>I live in San Antonio and have gone to UTSA occasionally for different events. My main reservation about UTSA is the lack of a community feeling I get there. There are about 28,000 students but on-campus housing for only 3,000 so most students live off-campus. I took my daughter there several times last fall on Friday afternoon and also on a Saturday morning and the student center and most of campus was completely deserted. Maybe things will improve as the housing and on-campus activities catch up to the growth in the number of students. Hopefully someone else can speak to the academic side of UTSA.</p>
