UT typically don’t release transfer decisions until like late November so I think it’s still too early. They might even start releasing them in December.
On last year’s thread applicants didn’t start receiving decisions until November 26th, and the first ones were international students.
Just got reminders today from my two other schools, saying I need to register for Spring orientation ASAP.
COME ON, UT! We’re all holding out for that single Magic Word (“Congratulations!”) from you!

@TroianBacon I was accepted to U of H and UNT, both perfectly fine schools, but UT Austin is where I want to go. I’m willing to wait. Probably 99% of us are willing to wait. And the UT admission gods and goddesses know it.

Yeah I know what you mean. UT is my absolute dream school so I am willing to wait for as long as I have to for a decision.
I was accepted into TAMU, but ut is my dream school. I wish they released decisions soon.

“Trends” for UT Austin transfer decisions are notoriously unreliable. I was just looking back over one of the 2017/18 transfer threads here and applicants were getting decisions on November 16th. We could get decisions anytime between now and 8:00 a.m. first day of classes! Yeah, I know. That’s not much to go on.
For the 2018/19 Spring transfer group, the “locals” (non-international applicants) had a wave of decisions on 11/28.

I looked up #gonetotexas today on Instagram and there were some freshman posting about their acceptance. Was the Reddit post for transfer students?
The Reddit post was only for freshman admissions.
Probably within the next week they will release if freshmen already got theirs
So far, UT has had two waves for freshman this week. Maybe transfers are next week.
Tic toc… of course I would love to know sooner than later but I can wait until the last minute as long as I get accepted. I think International wave was 2 weeks ago, Freshmen this week. I believe next week is our turn.
