@hawaii01 Did they confirm that your files were received or did they ask that you email/reupload them? I have had the same issue.
@trstudent Me as well, but I didnât complete CSS profile until a few days before the deadline.
@trstudent I have no financial information found,too
@trstudent, Iâm still seeing it.
@raenbougg I feel so much better about my lack of âinquiry access deniedâ after seeing that you donât have it either despite your 4.0. To me that must just mean that they havenât looked at everyoneâs app yet bc I doubt theyâd reject you
Donât have âinquiry access deniedâ but did not apply for financial aid. Anyone else in the same boat?
@klm63amg They told me that the documents that I uploaded have been added to my file and that I didnât need to send them again
I reactivated my SIS account after having created one last year for the first-year application. However, Iâm not sure if itâs linked to my current transfer application. Anyone know any way to check to see if it is?
@hawaii01 it should be linked, i would just call the admissions office to verify. I wondered the same thing when I applied.
I checked the blog and they said they were âin the thickâ of looking at applications so I think we shouldnât be too worried.
@cocteautwins Iâm just skeptical in general about the whole access denied thingâŠidk. Thanks for your vote of confidence lolâŠIm very nervous
Well, it seems to be that âinquiry access deniedâ was a strong indication of an acceptance/waitlist for last yearâs Transfer class. Does anyone know of any other indications that we might be seeing in the next 22 days?
I read that the inquiry access denied thing only applies to you if you applied for aid. those that didnât always got no financial information found
@Vagirl123 yay this is reassuring news.
So just to clarify, if you did apply for financial aid and SIS says âThere is no financial aid to be foundâ then 100% you got rejected?
Isnât this the first year theyâre using a separate portal for decisions? It was prob an indicator last year so they added the application portal to fix it
@uvatransfer2019 i read that the portal is for decisions but that SIS is for financial aid info. They mightâve changed to the portal to fix it, not sure.
Does anyone know if itâs much difficult to transfer in from a out of state school? Because I heard that it is for freshmen, I am a little worried nowâŠ
For anyone trying to transfer to McIntire:
I am currently a freshman trying to transfer to UVA for business. Would the admission officers check for pre-reqs for CAS or McIntire?
@jopak123 You can only transfer into McIntire after your second year at your current institution, or you can transfer after your first year to UVA CAS and then transfer into McIntire from CAS after completing your second year. If you applied to McIntire and not CAS, theyâre going to look for McIntire prereqs.
