Any idea how tough it would be for someone at JMU, Elon or CofC to get into UVA if they had above a 3.5 gpa after freshman year.

Hmmm I’m not a hundred percent sure about those since I am hoping to transfer from a cc, but I think that they heavily consider whether or not you have most of the course requirements done and how well you’ve done, at least that’s what I’ve heard from the blog

I think usually they post the date a couple days before on their transfer blog, but they should come out before May 5. So like late April early May

Looks like last year’s fall transfer decisions were released on April 29th, which was a Monday. If UVA sticks to the practice of releasing fall transfer decisions on a Monday, that would suggest this year’s fall transfer decisions will be released on Monday, April 28th. We’ll see.

just got an email requesting my winter/spring qtr. grades! Did anyone else?
i didn’t get one, what exactly did it say?
It says:
"Our office is reviewing your Fall 2025 transfer application and we are requesting an updated transcript that includes most recent Winter term grades and Spring term courses.
Please have the transcript sent electronically to this email address.
If you have an unofficial transcript with the updated information, you can also upload the transcript directly to your MYUVA Portal."

Are you in state or OOS? My daughter did not get one.
I’m OOS McIntire applicant and received the same email.
