<p>One of my friends said he met with a legacy counselor at UVA to talk about his chances and applying. Both of my parents are uva alums, as well as a large portion of my extended family. How do I go about setting up a meeting with one of these counselors?</p>
<p>Go to the UVA alumni association website --there is a section on alumni admissions programs and the information you need is there.</p>

<p>The alumni liaison will meet with the children of graduates of any of UVA’s schools. Whether you are in state or out of state, we found the meetings quite helpful.</p>
