<p>How are these two great universities different it student life?
I’m trying to decide between the two and have this so far… please correct me if I’m wrong:
-both big on Greek life, but UVA party scene is more active
-cornell-better for engineering
-uva-better for undergrad business
-uva-warmer
-cornell-really into their hockey team
-uva-good at lacrosse, except lost to duke</p>
<p>what about sports team support? is uva much more rah rah etc.?</p>
<p>i am having a really hard time deciding, actually. initially i was leaning towards cornell, but still undecided, and then my mom who went to mcintire is pointing out all of these great things about uva and making this even harder!!</p>
<p>also, uva is like $10-12,000 more per year since I am out-of-state</p>
