vanderbilt gives aid to intls?

<p>i have a form which asks abt financial status of intl… thats needed only when a college gives need-baed aid…
got theform from a frnd
the vanderbilt adcoms say they dont give aid…
but the forms says differently…
wats happenin??!</p>
