<p>So I have a zero on transcript for one of my finals got cot cheating. Luckily my teacher didn’t write me up so its not on record. How bad does this look. Am I ruined</p>

<p>Usually grades from finals do not get reported to schools, just your grade for the semester. What is your schools transcript policy?</p>

<p>No with the zero I have a 72 but all good grades AAAAAHHHHH IM SO STUPID</p>
<p>Your best bet will be to apply to schools that do not look at freshman grades. As schools get more selective Cs will be a potential issue. That being said if you do amazing for the rest of your high school career they may just disregard it.</p>

<p>Well if they show each semester grade and the final grade separately, then admissions can see that the zero doesn’t reflect how you actually did in the class. No matter what, it just doesn’t seem like a big deal. This didn’t happen during junior year</p>

<p>Practically all UCs disregard freshman year grades! So if you’re planning on going to a UC, you don’t have a lot to worry about. :)</p>

<p>It’s fine. A lot of schools (including Princeton, Stanford, MIT, UC schools) don’t count Freshman Year for admission. And for those that DO, you can still get a 3.85+ GPA if you take 6 classes a year. It won’t matter too much, but don’t do it again. See if you can make the class up in the summer or something.</p>
