Congratulations!
Congratulations!!
Thank you! And thank you for calming my nerves a few days back! It helped more than you know!
Thanks!!!
I was rejected, I posted my stats above, but congrats to everyone who got in!
Sorry to hear that. Maybe you can contact them to see if they would consider you for arts and sciences? I have no idea, but just ansuggestion
Our S24 did not get in ED1 for CAS. We knew it was a long shot but he had already received 6 EA acceptances, 5 with nice merit packages prior to today (2 came in last night) which softened the blow. S24 taking it in stride and is planning to apply ED2 to one more school but feels he has some great options (with money) on the table. Disappointing news for us but congratulations to the Villanova admits!! Now onward.
Is EA decisions still coming Jan 20? Anyone know of itās evening or during the day?
I have a 4.29 weighted gpa and a 4.14 unweighted gpa and have participated in an internship at Morgan Stanley and is a captain for volleyball team and have did a lot of community service when it comes to my community 300+ hours for community service. Do I have a good shot at it ???
Did anybody have to submit there mid year report ?? If so is that a good sign in the admission process ??? Can anybody answer it
I think any time they ask for materials like that itās a good sign. Was it an email request?
Did you Ed? Did you supply test scores?
Your grades and activities look good! I donāt really understand how an unweighted GPA can be above 4.0, but I know every school is different and just generally your GPA looks great! The acceptance rate for EA/RD is fairly low, less than 20 percent. I would think you have a good shot but thereās always some degree of unpredictability when acceptance rates are so low. Did you submit test scores? Good luck to you!
If you applied EA then mid year report will most likely not be requested as this decisions are coming this week. Are you ED 2 or regular decision?
Early Action. SAT 1570(math 800). WGPA 4.16. NMSF. Varsity Athlete. OK EC/Recommendation. Good Essay (I think). Applied for Astrophysics. What are my chances? Getting nervous as the decision date approaches.
Looks great! But keep in mind that the majority of their class are ED.
Interesting insight as to make up of 2024 class - from ED. Curious to know how this information is known.

Itās from 22-23 but you can assume a similar percentage of the class is ED admits.
@RepublicAdmission said her son works in admissions and gave specific stats. 1209 ED1 applications and accepting about 60 percent. So thatās about 720 from ED1. I donāt think there is any way to know yet for this year beyond that. Good luck!
Thank you
