Triple Chocolate Mousse cake?!? JNSQ, the heck with the wine; lemme at that cake!!!

owlice, what if your kids haven’t left?

All that’s left is some of the roasted acorn squash with apples and pears, some cranberry sauce, and a little sour cherry sauce. The five pies and brownies are history.

I can offer some of of these muffins, since the recipe made 3.5 dozen. The recipe actually calls for jumbo muffin tins, and is only supposed to make 14 muffins. No wonder per the recipe they’re over 500 calories each.
And shoot, did I leave the bag of bagels from Sunday brunch in the car? If so, they’re probably like rocks now.

SliveyTove, if your kids haven’t left, you need to keep your leftovers!!! (Too bad I nicked your acorn squash before telling you that!!
)

owlice, I’m home from work and much to my surprise, there is still some Mousse Cake left. It is extremely dense and rich so I won’t cut you too large a slice. There’s a lot more if you would like it. I’ll even have a sliver myself.

Here’s to CC friends and sharing virtual treats!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!! Thank you!!! Taaaaaaaaasty!!!

num num num num num!!!

I suppose hot chocolate would be overkilll, so lift my cup o’ water to you and sharing virtual treats!

I, too, am still waiting for a sample of the cinnamon/chipotle sweet potatoes - or at least a hint of how to cook them.
Meanwhile, back at the fridge,
we have one dried out turkey wing (trash can), one can of cranberry sauce (remove to pantry for later use), one box of white wine (remove plastic insert and squeeze the wine into the relative’s glasses…)
Sorry, no leftovers to share.
OTOH, darling H cooked too much tonight, we have some left over brown rice covered with a simple stir-fry of broccoli, onion, red bell pepper, shrimp and (surprise ingredient) the last of the jicima. Really good with stir-fry!

We have early peppermint Christmas cookies (courtesy of my sister) and leftover Chocolate Birthday cake–will that do?

Kathyc, you know it will!! Cookies and cake will always do!!

dragonmom, your dinner sounds great! Of course, the best part is that your H made it!!
