Leverage this unique opportunity to chat directly with medical schools, accelerated 3-year programs, postbaccalaureate and special master’s degree programs across the U.S. Ask your questions about financial aid, the MCAT® exam, the AMCAS® application, and more. Experts from AAMC will also be available to answer additional questions about the application process.

The Virtual Fair makes it easier to explore programs and make meaningful connections. Here’s what’s new for this fair:
- Find relevant booths faster with new, easy‑to‑use filters — sort by program type, applicant eligibility (international/Canadian/U.S.), location, and more
- Join chat rooms with fast load times, ensuring seamless, real time communication
- Save programs you’re interested in to revisit later
- Hop into one‑on‑one conversations with admissions representatives for a more personal discussion
- Access to fair content for 30 days after the event
Whether you’re just starting to explore a career in medicine or finalizing your school list for next year’s applications, here’s how the AAMC Virtual Medical School Fair can help you with next steps.
- If you’re still deciding if medicine is the right career for you: Connect with national student groups like the Student National Medical Association to learn more about their resources and see if they have a local chapter near you. You can also visit representatives from Pre-Health Shadowing to learn more about virtual shadowing opportunities.
- If you’re feeling lost and need additional guidance: The National Association of Advisors for the Health Professions (NAAHP) will have representatives in their booth on June 4 who can answer questions about the application process and how to know if you’re truly ready to apply.
- If you need additional coursework: Browse postbaccalaureate and special master’s programs that are tailored for career changers or designed to strengthen your academic readiness. You can also learn more about opportunities like linkage agreements or additional advising support.
- If you’re planning to apply in the next cycle: Chat with admissions representatives live to ask questions about their school’s mission, culture, or curriculum to help you find programs that are the best fit for you. Many institutions will also have current students available to chat as well.
- If you’re looking to prepare for an upcoming interview: Attend our live panel, “Watch What Happens Live” on June 3 to watch two examples of mock interviews and hear feedback in real time from admissions officers. In case you cannot attend the session live, all registrants will have access to the recording within 24 hours.
