The semester in LA looks interesting but enrollment seems to be limited to Newhouse and musicians in VPA. Is the program open to film/transmedia majors in VPA and if not, why?

I believe it is currently open to TRF students in Newhouse, Music Industry students and Film majors in VPA. My son did the program this semester and had an amazing time and learning experience.
