This year seemed extremely competitive!! I have a few friends who go to Choate and it was the only school I applied to and I got rejected. I wouldn’t stress it. I’m not sure what grade you’re in but if it’s possible you don’t make it off the waitlist, apply again next year since you have great stats. This summer and end of school year you can improve upon another application. I hope and know you will get in, wish you the best!!

Thank you so much for your kind words of encouragement. I am in 8th grade so I have plenty of time to re apply I believe. I’m sorry that you got rejected you seem like a great student/candidate and I would encourage you to reapply next year if possible and I wish you the best of luck in the years to come for you!

Hi David wishing you good luck !!! Did you hear from choate my son is waitlisted too

My son received a letter from Choate stating that they have reached their enrollment target and will likely not be admitting students from the waitlist in the near future.
