“never enough”

bump still looking for the answer lol

Sigh… you are really clueless…

Ante bellum (which is often contracted into one word in English) is Latin, meaning before the war. It is commonly used by historians and other scholars to refer to America before the Civil War. I am pretty sure this is one of those SAT words you have learned in high school.

oh hahahaha yeah that’s why I chose my sn. lol but it makes sense now. i ALWAYS forget that bell(i feel like there’s one letter after) means war. it’s just when i see that word, war doesn’t not come to mind. i remember learning it in sophomore year and the teacher called on me and i just drew a blank. i was like ***. i know this. but i don’t.

yeah thanks alot guys

bump

No experience so my opinion is probably not worth much, but I think it’s logical to assume it’d be a smaller chance of getting off the waitlist because:

1) people have to make the decision to attend summer courses over internships/travel, and people tend to not change their mind about “big” decisions like that
1a) people who take summer courses usually NEED to do so in order to stay on track to graduate or take a prereq for a class in the fall
2) it’s harder to “shop for courses” so they stay in the ones they enroll for

ante diluvian is much cooler than ante bellum IMHO
