We do not have “waitlist” in either the view source code or inspect areas, same as yesterday. I suppose it could be an acceptance, but it could also be a not accepted (with no waitlist option).

Repeating myself, I think, but the opinion is that there will be no warning from Wake? Just wait for somebody to randomly check their portal and report to the world they received a decision?

How are yall searching for waitlist? I did the inspect function then command f. Is that correct?
Historically Wake has posted a “Today’s the Day” article on its admissions blog in the morning of the day decisions are released. Applicants get an email directing them to an update in their portal. Good luck all.

Log in to the portal
Right click on the page
Select Inspect
Go to Elements tab
Ctrl-F, then type in waitlist (or whatever you want to search for)
The two students we know are on Macs, so not sure about the command f. They used inspect element and then the magnifying glass/find icon at the top right of the inspect element menu bar that popped up. I didn’t see it, but my neighbor did the search with his son and the other student and described it to me. I have no idea if this works, so please don’t waste too much time on it. My neighbor is in his seventies with a high school senior, and he just wanted some reassurance that it was not just his son - since Wake is, by far, his son’s first choice school. I believe they are just trying to prepare themselves. Sorry for this! Just see it as a time wasting exercise until the actual decisions arrive!
And just to clarify, basch clarified above that it is very likely nothing to do with admit status. I believe she/he is correct.
On the WFU admissions Instagram page someone asked when regular decisions would be released. They responded that it would be within the next week. That was yesterday. So presumably anytime between now and next Wednesday we should know.

My son has moveinday in his source code…in several lines of code. He does not have waitlist. So nervous now.

The admissions blog has not posted an update saying today is the day as they did for ED rounds. I’m doubtful it’s today but would love to be wrong!

I’ve heard they post it later in the afternoon though, so I still have my hopes!!
Confirmed tonight! When I looked at the admission blog and clicked on the ED post from Febuary, it takes you to a screen that says “recent posts” on the side, and there is one dated March 22, 2024 saying results are coming out tonight
