Want to transfer without finishing the prerequisites

<p>I am a student in a private california university and want to transfer to the UCs for biomedical engineering. So far, I am a sophomore without completing the physics, organic chemistry and all calculus classes. But I am planning to finish the physics classes and calculus II in the summer. I have done a lot of volunteer works. Can I get into the UCs for biomedical engineering? </p>

<p>Pick up the phone. Call the transfer admissions offices at the UCs that interest you. Ask them. they will be able to tell you what your options are.</p>

<p>It’s too late to call anyone in time for Sunday’s application deadline. There is some complication with articulating your completed courses to what the UCs require. You may be able to study Assist.org to determine whether you meet the criteria for applying by 11/30. If you haven’t completed the prereqs, you stand a much lower chance at any UCs over those who have. </p>
