Going on the school’s site, it appears as if they are taking away the option to do EDII next year. Seems interesting, as I was an EDII admitee. I liked EDII because it allowed me extra time to finish my app, visit and safely make my decision. I do understand that things were confusing when interviewing for some of the merit scholarships as those who applied EDI had a chance to be awarded an ED Ervin Scholarship; however, those who were EDII had to interview with the RD candidates for the scholarship and there was talk as to whether the school would strategically not give the scholarships to the EDII canddiates since they had to come to the school anyway (which turned out to be untrue as I was awarded full RD Ervin as an EDII admittee and I even had a significant amount of aid from the school before anyway).

Anyway, what do you all think of this? Good or bad? Doesn’t matter? Do you think this will affect the number of applications or anything?
