Weaklings

What is your experience with weaklings? Are you a weakling? Are your friends? What tendencies do weaklings have in your school?

I was a computer science major for a handful of semesters before switching my major to communications and basking in the glory of easiness. In my CSE classes, I was easily the strongest in the class. Easily, and this is in lectures of 80-100 kids. I considered myself very powerful and studly when in class. Now, I’m about average, I could probably beat up half the kids in my classes on a good day.

I hope this is sarcastic.

Not at all, this is based on my experiences. Purely anecdotal.

They quickly move to anger and violence, and cede to peer pressure. (?)

Please say what you mean by “weakling”.

I do not have an intelligent definition, as I think it is a very situational concept which produces counterproductive “debate”. (Btw do not expect to get many responses; this is likely a waste of time.) Perhaps you mean someone lacking Zeal, Austerity, Resilience, Discipline or Ambition? If you mean physical strength, then this is definitely a waste of time.

Hopefully you do not go to classes to study your classmates.

Physically weak.

http://www.newnames.info/images/weakling.jpg

I guess I would fit your definition of a weakling. I’m 5’5" and 105 lbs. But that doesn’t mean I just let people push me around. I guess I really don’t understand what’s so great about being “studly.” Your obsession with physical strength is probably just a security blanket for your other problems. Good luck with life.

105? Holy hell…

why would you be on here… anyway, I can probably beat up people if i wanted (I’m not THAT strong, but i learned martial arts). But that doesn’t mean I would go around pushing people around…

Well, there’s no point in the “I can beat anyone up” mentality since physical strength won’t be able to do anything against being shot with a gun… which is probably more likely these days than getting beat up. Being athletic is one thing; being a meat-head is another.

I can beat most people up, but I haven’t been in a fight since 7th grade. I am skinny, but tough. But just because I can beat people up, I refuse to fight. Does that make me weak? Weak is an opinion.

Is there really any satisfaction in beating on somebody? I guess I don’t really understand how anyone could be happy through the suffering of others.

Lol, this discussion is about weaklings, not about fighting. If you want to talk about violence, make your own thread and quit ■■■■■■■■ mine.

5’ 9’’
120-130lbs (depending on the time of year… lately around 128)

Love > mental and physical strength

That’s like saying spoons > Gamecube

yes, it’s true, but the two things have nothing to do with each other.

For the record, spoons are better than Gamecube. Can Gamecube help feed the populace?

If you didn’t like my previous question, try this one instead. Is there any satisfaction from being able to beat on somebody?

I wouldn’t call it satisfaction, but there’s definitely a certain comfort that comes with being physically strong.

Yes, absolutely. It’s something you’ll never understand, being a weakling.

being physically strong but mentally weak is a lot worse than the other way around

It depends what you mean by mentally weak. If you mean a weak-minded individual who can’t stand on his own two feet, and is dependent on his un-hot girlfriend for support, and cries every day, then yeah that’d be bad. If you mean someone who does poorly at school but can bench 300 then that really isn’t that bad.

even the later, chances are you’ll end up working for a “weakling” and get bullied by him and you can do anything.
