Exercise - 30 minutes walking or treadmill 5 times per week and beginning a program on the weight lifting machines at the gym this week. Thankfully I have a husband who works out a lot and has been showing me proper weight lifting form,

No weight loss this week or at least as of this morning.
Sticking pretty close to the 1200 calories a day goal.
Exercise has been steady
This week I’ve felt hungrier during the day and also the bicycle portion of my exercise routine has been more difficult. I’m feeling it more in my knee if I increase the tension.
I did measure myself and down an inch in my hips, calf and waist. I think the waist might even be greater since I was bloated yesterday.
I’m going to try a new class this afternoon at my gym.

Calories: 1600 (including wine & cupcake/sherbert for my birthday dinner)
Exercise: 4000 steps and some gardening. Yesterday was a running day - did my normal 5k distance and then since I had time on the weekend added a 10 min cool down run at the end.

I’m down about 9 lbs since I began seriously tracking again. Thanks to my fitness pal I need to be down another 5 to get to where I was the last time I was serious about 15 months ago. Also thanks to My fitness pal I know I weighed 17 lbs less back in 2010.
I had a difficult last three days. My H was out of town and I found without the schedule of regular meals I found myself snacking more. I think it was a combination of not having enough protein already prepared and not having a protein balanced dinner each night and boredom.
So with that said I’m starting a new goal today
Goal -8 lbs which will get me to my it’s a good weight but I’d rather weigh less. At that weight all my clothes will fit comfortably.
I’ve been keeping to 1200 calories 4 days a week and averaging about a 1 lb loss. I want to make a goal of 1200 5 days a week.
Exercise- increase by adding in another day. Right now I go to the gym 3 days a week and do a class plus an extra hour of cardio

1201 calories today (7 over MyNetDiary “budget”). Too bad it was too rainy to run.

Last night I went off the rails. When I have days like that I always think how lucky I am that my vice is not drugs or alcohol.

I want to join too. I have been trying to watch what I eat, eat wholesome and yet I have gained in last 4 years :frowning: Need someone to keep me accountable and stop me from mindlessly eating after all my work is done!

Exercise: 1 long walk with a friend and short beginner spin classes the other days.

Hard to keep at this as I’m worried about the situation with North Korea (not trying to make a political post, just saying that in times of crisis, my weight loss feels unimportant in the grand scheme of things.) Not to mention I want to stress eat!
