<p>There was a rumor that a junior kid in my school j*cked off. During class. To a NORMAL picture of my friend’s girlfriend.

<p>One of the few times we got snow, someone pulled the fire alarm so we had to go out (which was clever, in my opinion).</p>
<p>One dude smoked weed on the bus.</p>
<p>But that’s pretty much it. Nothing happens at my school.</p>
<p>They just closed school because of a storm warning.</p>
<p>Lots of fun stuff at my school, kids get expelled for having sex in bathrooms or watching porn in class, lots of fights including girls dumping milk on each others heads, a few kids (freshmen) have gone to rehab for substance abuse, Yik Yak was fun for a couple of days til administration put a stop to that quickly</p>

<p>@topaz1116 surprisingly, our school district is top rated and we live in a pretty wealthy suburb! I make it sound like an inner city school, haha. We just have some bad kids I suppose. </p>
<p>@chloeplef That’s what it’s like at my school but no one gets caught…There would be dozens (and I’m not exaggerating!) of freshmen in rehab if anyone reported kids. It doesn’t personally affect me, but it always makes me laugh when there is a fight 4th period and by 6th period the ENTIRE school (1,700+) + teachers know every detail!!
Last year a freshman walked in on a freshman girl and a junior guy doing things I shall not speak of in an empty room, and the ENTIRE school knew by the end of the day…! It’s crazy! </p>
<p>A freshman punched a teacher in the middle of the hallway today (no one knows why). </p>
<p>He’s now expelled.</p>
<p>Kid tried to stab my gym teacher, teacher judo throws him and dives on him. Same teacher who had been attacked each of the last three years (No, I do not go to a competitive high school and no, my gym teacher is not a bad guy, idk why kids try to stab him all the time).</p>
<p>Large public high schools are full of interesting stories. Another time, these two pregnant girls started fighting in lunch, it was nuts.</p>
<p>Last year, a freshman and a junior got in trouble for getting a little too…erm, comfortable shall I say… in each other’s presence; if the girl (who expelled for this, among other things) hadn’t been bragging about it to her friends, they probably wouldn’t have been caught.</p>
<p>I go to a large public high school and stuff isn’t weird at all… Maybe it’s just my school.</p>
<p>This isn’t weird, but there was this ADORABLE ask to Winter Ball yesterday–this junior asked his girlfriend.</p>
<p>Basically, her friends did a dance to Indian music (btw my school is like 30% Indian and even the Chinese and White people know Indian music at this point; every Multicultural assembly has two Indian dance performances and every class has a Bollywood airband during homecoming) in the middle of the school (our school is outdoors; we have a main quad); he’s part of the people who run the student store, which plays music at lunch, so he had them play a song called “Dilli Wali Girlfriend” (Girlfriend from Dehli) and her friends did a dance; then he came in with a poster that said “Ey, Dilli Wali Girlfriend: WINTER BALL Mere Sath?” (Hey, girlfriend from Dehli: Winter Ball with me?; btw she’s probably not from Dehli; it’s just a part of the song) and flowers and gave it to her. It was the most adorable thing in the world. Literally everyone watched.</p>
<p>I go to a 3k student public high school. One of our rallies last year included various schoolwide traditions such as blowing up and tossing around c0ndoms (can I say that?), young women crowd surfing and flashing, and the school cheering together the name of the lone male cheerleader while they were performing. We are really classy, I swear.</p>
<p>At one of the ghetto public schools near me this one girl was mad another beat her in the student council election so she saved up her pee in a soda bottle for a week then dumped it on her.</p>
<p>Today while taking a midterm, I heard this bizarre gagging sound behind me. I turned around and saw a kid in the back row with his cheeks puffed out and arm extended. A thick fluid was dripping from his clenched fist and he looked pale. It turns out he vomited in his hand. The teacher didn’t even notice and he never left to go to the bathroom. I don’t know what he did to clean himself up since I turned away from the disgusting scene. </p>

A kid got in trouble for stabbing his girlfriend in the leg (She got a bandaid from the school nurse and was okay) . He was the son of an overrated middle school principle.
During a snow storm (by Alabama standards) kids had to stay overnight without blankets or anything to keep warm. We did have food fortunately (my group raided a chemistry teachers smores supplies).
The power went out during the middle of the day, and a fan caught on fire. Kids ran through the hallways and hid in corners, jumping out at freshmen.
One day we were instructed by the student government to bring lots of dollar bills. Jocks strutted down cafeteria tables wearing tiny outfits, and later went around collecting tips for charity.
The air conditioning was out for two weeks one spring. It was upper 80s the whole time, but the school still insisted on enforcing the dress
About four months ago the whole school caught Ebola and we all died.

Last year, a ton of freshman boys got in trouble for distributing nude pics of their female classmates. There were at 20 kids in on it I think, I don’t think anyone got expelled though except for the ring leaders since it’s child pornography. We were in the news.
Last year some kids put 3 chickens in the bathrooms for a senior prank.
There’s usually a few pregnant people in every graduating class.
There was a sexual assault case involving the male basketball team molesting some poor guy on the bus.That was about 2 years before my time though.
Lots of drugs. People routinely getting suspended/expelled for that.
This year 2 members of our schools top competitive choir got expelled for having sex in the theatre room. I don’t quite know what happened, I think someone over heard them. They were both kicked out of choir and the school but the girl managed to come back because she said her boyfriend pressured her although supposedly this is a lie she said to just save herself.
At the homecoming dance a few years ago the administration turned on the lights in the gym which prompted a lot of students to sit down in protest. It didn’t work though…
In my freshman year some boys got on the intercom/announcement speaker system during study hall. The way our intercom works is that any teacher phone in a class can access in case of emergencies so the boys snuck into an unoccupied classroom and used the phone to get on the intercom and make some interesting announcements. I don’t remember them all, one was “we are now playing smear the queer in the cafeteria.” And another was about weed being available in the guidance counselors office. They got expelled.
Someone brought a mini griller to lunch last year and started making grilled cheese sandwiches until the admin put a stop to that.
And we’re like the best public school in the state…
