I am currently a junior, do not know my current GPA but I am taking all IB classes this year and looking at all A’s except one class (which is gonna be a B+). SAT score is currently looking like a 1420. Last year my GPA was 4.2 weighted(school does not have unweighted. I do a ton of extracurriculars (speech and debate, 200+ hours at local hospital, tennis, Model UN, FBLA, DECA). I really want to attend UVA and I’m instate so how are the chances looking so far?

I’m currently a senior right now attending my last year in a VA high school.
My GPA was the same as yours in junior year. After getting all A’s in junior year, my GPA went from 4.2 to 4.46 (I took orchestra, so that sorta brought my GPA down from what it could’'ve been). I could see your GPA being around the same.
I also play tennis 
I think you have a good chance to get into UVA. At my school, if you have decent test scores, good GPA, and an IB Diploma Candidate status, you’re pretty much bound to be accepted by UVA.
No, I live in Midlothian, but I know Robinson is based in Fairfax, you guys are pretty close to us!! That GPA is killer, and I presume you applied ED and got in already?
