So on my college application I listed that I took 1 duel enrollment class and in my PIQ I wrote how I failed this class. I was admitted into the school with that as a part of my app. I forgot to put on my application how I also took and failed another duel enrollment which was US history it didnt cross my mind since I retook it over the summer and passed it and just forgot about that class as a whole with this I sent out an email stating what I said here. I know it looks like I tried to hide it but it really was a mistake my HS gpa around that time didnt drop and I already mentioned before that I failed one before, should I be worried that i might get my offer rescinded or should I be fine.
You should be ok. You had all of your transcripts sent to the school prior to admission correct? If so, they have all the information they need.
The one thing is they dont need transcripts until july 1st which is another reason why it didnt cross my mind
Since the OP tagged uc-santa-barbara and university-of-california on the post, the answer to this is likely no. On the UC application, applicants self-report courses and grades. These are verified with final transcripts for students who are admitted and matriculate.
To answer the OP’s question, the correct answer to your question would come from the admission office of the school you are considering matriculating to.

Good catch. Didn’t note the school tags. Probably distracted by the chuckle I got from the double entendre caused by the misspelling of dual enrollment. 
OP- was your failed grade replaced by the retake grade?
My first failed grade was communications which i wrote about in my college admission PIQ the grade retake which i passed was for the one I forgot to log as a fail initially
But did you retake both the DE class talked about in your PIQ and the US History classes? Did you report the F in the PIQ DE class on the UC application? So you did not report the failed grade for the US history class but reported the repeat grade on the application? Need some clarification.
to clarify I took 2 total DE classes one of them which I spoke on in the PIQ was communications which I logged. The other one which was US history was unreported and an F, I retook this class over the summer as a HS class and passed it which I did report.
For all classes, you are required to report both the original and repeat grade so yes you need to contact UCSB admissions now about F grade. They will see your DE grades on the required college transcript so the sooner it is taken care of the better. Since you did repeat the class although it was at your HS, it will help in admissions being lenient. Hopefully, you will have an answer before May 1.
