<p>What do you mean how can I say that? It is my opinion. Duke and UVa have much in common in terms of academic quality, prestige, campus environment/culture, student resources etc…In fact, as far as I am concerned, no university shares more in common with UVa than Duke and vice versa. But that is just my opinion.</p>
