What are some things that look like cubic functions? [make it fun]

All I can think of is rollercoasters

Joma.org;

http://jwilson.coe.uga.edu/EMT668/EMT668.Folders.F97/Wynne/Cubic/image3.gif

For those that dont have an idea of what one looks like

I think you covered about everything… lol

looks like chin sex. hawt.

A really crappy slide.

Oh come on, roller coasters are so obviously built upon functions that a thread on it is kind of pointless. I however will be reading the responses as a sort of Rorschach test. Hmmm, chin sex . . .

Cubic Functions, what?

a chair
pre-knot assemblage
a fold viewed from the side
a winding river
the letter ‘s’

the point of this thread is…

hey u guys, they do not look like roller coasters!! first of all, roller coasters have those loop thingies, and functions can’t have the same x for the same y, so they can’t pass the vertical line test, so they aren’t classified as functions, and…

i’m done.

There are ome part of the roller coaster that look like functions.

And why you being so serious? I said this is for fun, not like a homework assignment

sigh

guess you cant try to make learning fun

You need help. Badly.

this cannot be fun

thread = fail

A graph representing time versus height above ground will yeild a cubic funtion, until that object reaches terminal velocity that is.

I’ve determined that it could also be pointy shoulder/neck sex.
