what are you looking forward to in college?

i’m looking forward to safety. i’m so terrified of the dark and being alone, and when i go to bed at night i have to have the tv and lamp on, and i constantly look around in my room and at my door because i’m scared it’s haunted or something. and i had a dream the other night that a girl from my school (in ghost form) was standing in my hallway eating a subway sandwhich. it’s getting bad, and i’m even scared during the day sometimes. in college i’ll feel more safe because i’ll have tons of other people all around me to sleep with.

what are you looking forward to? from a highschooler’s perspective

subway sandwich. lawls.

If I remember correctly, you’re a girl. If that is the case, I am looking forward to plenty of girls like you in college.

how can you be sure that there are plenty of girls like me? i’m special.

This is supposed to be serious, but the wording just makes me laugh.

“how can you be sure that there are plenty of girls like me? i’m special.”

That’s unfortunate, I wish everyone was like the innuendo in your post implies you are too.

I think everyone but the OP realizes the innuendo. I thought my selective quoting made it fairly obvious.

I’m pretty sure she got it too…

…what?

You said, “i’ll have tons of other people all around me to sleep with.”

The joke is that you’re going to have sex with (“sleep with” is often interpreted as “have sex with”) lots of people around you.

Hahahaha the OP is sho innocent.

that’s not what i meant. lol i thought of it when i typed it, but i just mean i’ll have the safety of people around me…well i guess you know that

yeah…we know what you meant lol

im looking forward to getting away from home

Yeah, I knew what you meant. Jersey13 also understood I’m sure.

hahha i feel stupid. i guess i should have worded that differently

This is brilliant. I lol’ed.

I’m looking forward to meeting new people, living life in a different part of the state or country, taking classes in more subjects that interest me, etc. Basically the generic stuff.

Independence is one aspect that I hope to be able to obtain. I’d like to develop some form of self-reliance in terms of establishing my own projects, time frames, and schedule in general.

There is a library. There are professors. There is learning. I will love college.
On my flight or drive, I’m blasting I love College all the way there.

Not being around the kids who I have been with from 4-13 years. New faces are always nice…

That’s probably the biggest thing.

I looking forward to independence, learning subjects that I’m interested in, meeting new people and making friendships, and being with people who like to learn :P
