<p>This is a thread that is letting people oice their opinions and say what books they would want to read in English rather than the really bad books they force us to read. Personally, I would want to read Harry Potter (any of the 6) and The Freedom Writers Diary (best book I’ve ever read).</p>

But to read that, you have to have read some of the classics out there.
Yet it’s so good! Like candy.</p>
<p>But I happen to like the books they make us read in English. Except for the Odyssey but I’m still glad I read it because there are a lot of references to it in modern literature and Western culture.</p>
<p>We should read books that are in the “paperback best seller” section at Barnes and Noble. I have never been disappointed by one of those books.</p>
<p>Anything about ninjas or pirates or both.</p>
<p>i agreee… i’ve read a lot of good stuff in english over the past 3 years like seperate peace,jane eyre, death of a salesman, all my sons, scarlet letter,hamlet, pride and predjudice etc :)</p>
