My second marking period (and first semester) end on February 3rd. Midterms start on the 28th, but they are not counted as part of our marking period grade, just 10% of the end of the year grade. Right now, my math grade is an 85.3%. I recently took a quiz and that will be my last grade for the marking period. Assuming I get an 85% or higher and sustain/raise my grade, is it a b+ or a b? Thanks!
It depends on the teacher or school policies. Each school has a different grading rubric. Ask your teacher or look in your student handbook.
Usually it’s an 88-89% but it depends on the teacher
For my school system, its a 87.5 - 89.4 for a B+
My school does not use pluses or minuses, but a lot of schools use 87-89 as a B+. It depends on your teacher, your school district, grading policies, just to name a few.
