I sit in weight training, talk, and do classwork… get an A.

Hate: the actual gym activities, over the top competitive people, changing, getting a C- in the class

Love: pretty much a free block to socialize; one less class to worry for about homework

hate: that our gym teacher thinks its necessary to make it hard to get an A. They just don’t give out As which is ridiculous. (plus its dropping my gpa down ).

love: some of the sports, aka tennis, badminton are fun.

Love: I get to work on my guns. lol
Hate: I’m not a big fan of the smell of marijuana.

Love: When everyone else is trying and we get an intense game going (dodgeball, team handball etc.)
Hate: When no one else tries and the games become pointless (football, ultimate frisbee etc.)

I love gym but I hate how there’s an unwritten rule that you can’t try if no one else is.

Love: I think the one time I had a serious thrill of love for PE was when I was in the building next door taking a 3 hour AP test. Never had I wanted to be a freshman in PE so much…
But yeah, getting to run was fun, plus it kept me in shape for my other sports. And badminton was interesting :)

Hate: There were days when all we did was walk around in circles in the gym. Alsoo…our school requires 1.5 credits of PE to graduate, and one year = 1.0 credit. So that other 1/2 year is going to have to be stuffed in there somehow… ^_^

LOVE: my last PE class is on Monday and then freedom for ever! We had a take home “PE exam” last week. It was the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time.
HATE: pretty much everything about it. Our gym teacher is an 80 year old woman who is 4 feet tall and very scary. PE kills me because I am extremely unfit. Really, I cannot run the mile in 10 minutes. It’s my hardest, most hated class.

We’re not allowed to play dodgeball either. What is “avoid the sphere”?

Hate: You could be taking another academic class.
Love: No homework.

Love: Getting some time to just run around and released energy.
Hate: Smell of the Locker Room and ultracompetitiveness among the jocks.

"to be politically correct and non-bullying, my county’s school system banned dodgeball. apparently it gives rise to kids being big big meanies.
so in HS, they had us play “avoid the sphere.” "

Haha, we had that at our school too, but I still remember the day (when I was still a total dork) that despite the game not being called ‘dodgeball’, both teams decided it was more fun to use the balls to bombard me instead of each other. It’s really funny when I look back because it’s such a stereotypical thing straight out of movies, and it was around that time that I started lifting weights and fighting and nobody picked on me ever again, but it wasn’t very much fun back then.

That would probably be in the hate category.

Hate:

Like:
Uhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…

Hate:
Having to actually physically move around and being somewhat active.

Like:
When we did meditation. Helped me catch up on my much needed sleep. Yay nap time :D

hate:the fat kids
love: making fun of the fat kids

nahhhh i keed, i keed.

hate: I had to waste so much time in this class when I could have been taking something interesting

like: it’s basically hang out / study hall

Hate: Not much. What’s up with people hating the fact that it’s “required”?
Love: Playing sports for an hour, basically an off period

^ +1 .
