<p>I enjoyed the Black Parents breakfast so much. It was very informative, even though I am alumna and knew some of the information. I didn’t stay for my tour of the Tower. I’d like to hear viewpoints from other parents of the different activities.</p>
<p>My brother is in UT natural science honors. I only attended the career guidance portion of the weekend, but it was great, very informative.</p>
<p>I missed it, but here is the big question: Did you get to see Bevo? Were there photo opportunities? ;)</p>
<p>There were photo ops with Bevo, but they were $10!! I can photo shop him into my family album for free!</p>
<p>I have some Bevo pics from my son’s fraternity parents weekend events. There are a few of the handlers in the fraternity so they bring Bevo and everybody takes every imaginable photo with them - mom/son, father/son, son/roommate, son/girlfriend, etc. </p>
<p>They also shoot off the darn cannon and it scares the heck out of me every time it goes off!</p>
<p>I haven’t been to the scheduled “UT” parents weekend, I didn’t even get to the orientation stuff - poor second child, he is neglected;)</p>
