oh, i like this thread so much better than the one about eating oatmeal every day (the health & wellness thread!)

Grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
Green beans, ham and quartered potatoes in a pot

Ham and eggs for breakfast

You guys are a hoot! Seriously, you made me laugh (and hack) out loud!!! I have done the eggs, shredded potatoes, cheese, onions and green pepper hash thing. I also did the ham salad and quiche thing. I’m on to ham and beans and then freezing the darn ham. But I do have a turkey in my freezer and its suppose to snow…so I maybe posting again. Thanks guys. I’m writing all these great meals down. PS I’m not sending the ham scraps to you. :)

^ I’m still waiting on that Tracking Number …

Didn’t you know that the Parents’ Cafe was created especially for CC hams?

How about green eggs and ham, Sam I Am?:)

I’ll send my 16yo S right over. He polished off ALL our leftover ham–not a bite for the rest of us.

Ham salad. Plain and simple. Just add some chopped onions, mayo and a good mustard.

We’ll take the leftovers, son can eat a pound of ham salad a day. :D

In addition to pea soup with ham and fried rice, I have added ham to macaroni and cheese casseroles (along with some cut tomatoes). Just cut some up and stir it in to the casserole (using any recipe you like) before baking.

Ham sandwiches for the local homeless shelter?

I’ve also used leftover ham for spaghetti carbonara. I never have pancetta, so diced ham subsitutes pretty well. Just look up a carbonara recipe. nom nom nom. I want to play the moonstruck soundtrack right now and sizzle up some olive oil
