I’m a parent not a student but since no one else has answered…if you send your housing deposit in on time you will be housed in Ellicott complex with at least half the freshman class. Most are in quads; which are large rooms with four people off a common hallway. So you’ll meet lots of other people fast. There are special interest halls, so that helps to meet people with common interests. Lots of activities to join, which of course you should look into at any college. Buffalo is a real city with many things to do. If you don’t have a car, the north campus has free shuttle buses to south campus, where you can get on the commuter rail to go downtown. Hope a current student will give input!
