What do you think the best show on TV is?

With the return of Mad Men which is must watch TV for me, I’ve been thinking of what is the best show on TV?

Mad Men is definitely one, I love this show. The other show I love is Justified, love love that show. Smart, funny and always surprised by the plot twists, most shows we watch are more predictable.

H and I both like Person of Interest.

For drama, I loved Downton Abbey. For comedy series, Big Bang Theory.

Mad Men came to mind… my boyfriend and I are also both really into the new show Awake. I HIGHLY recommend that one. We were waiting for months for it to come out after we found the preview online and it’s everything we hoped it would be. The writing is really good, it’s a great story and will keep you on the edge of your seat!

The Good Wife. It’s the only program I watch…besides Jeopardy.

I love Big Bang Theory and 30 Rock. Even watching them a second time they are just as funny to me.

For “best” show I would say Blue Bloods. I like it a lot. My favorite right now is Revenge, but Blue Bloods is more quality TV. Person of Interest is VERY well done, too. Army Wives is another personal favorite, and I think it is well done.

I love Justified, Sons of Anarchy, Mad Men. Anxiously awaiting Game of Thrones return. I also have a soft spot for Fringe and Alcatraz, as I am still missing Lost. I also watch NCIS without shame.

I also watch (when no one is looking) Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle and reality tv like Project Runway and Top Chef.

When noone is watching, I tune in to Castle and Desparate Housewives! I love sports too, in general.

If I could only watch one show, I would chose Jeopardy.

Fringe, Once Upon a Time. I’m also looking forward to the returns of Game of Thrones and Homeland.

Glee - if only they didn’t have so many breaks in their season

Enjoying The Finder and Alcatraz. Awaiting Breaking Bads return for their last season.

The Big Bang Theory, Once Upon a Time, and The Good Wife.

I’ll be honest, though, I’m big fan of lots of stuff that wouldn’t qualify as great, or even good, TV.

Ditto!

I also really like The Closer and White Collar - actually both shows rank high on my favorite list.

I’ve watched two episodes of Awake and thought it was really good.

I’d also like to start (from episode 1) Once upon a Time. So many people recommend it.

I don’t watch all that much TV … and am glad The Closer and White Collar have a summer season. Not all my favorites hit at the same time of year. I quit watching shows easily so the ones listed above really can be considered favorites. (On the other hand, my husband watches every show on TV, I think.)

We only watch two shows - Castle and White Collar - love them both - lots of fun and relaxing.

We will probably get to Game of Thrones and Downton Abbey eventually.

The Good Wife is the only show I won’t miss.

I also think the actors in Unforgettable are very talented.

Mines are The Big Bang Theory - consistently good, Castle. I still watch Grey’s Anatomy, House.

Breaking Bad, hands down. I’m going to be so sorry to see it come to an end.

Raising Hope is my favorite show. It’s not the least bit intellectual, but it sure is funny!

Can’t believe no one has said Modern Family!

If I could only watch one show it would be Modern Family and Amazing Race.

I can count, but I can’t choose between those two!

I spend too much time reading cc to remember when tv shows are on :o
